Rates
$150 per 50-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I accept the following insurance plans:

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee for the missed session.

If you would like me to coordinate my treatment of you with another provider (for example, your psychiatrist, primary care physician, etc.), please complete this form and return it to me, which will authorize me to release your psychotherapy information to your provider:

My offices are located at 2998 Eskridge Road Fairfax, Virginia and 8120 Woodmont Avenue (Suite 205) in Bethesda, Maryland,. Both offices are conveniently located near several infertility clinics. The Fairfax office is a half mile south of the Dunn-Loring Metro Station (Orange Line); free street parking is adjacent to the office. The Bethesda office is a half mile north of the Bethesda Metro Station (Red Line). Covered parking is adjacent to the building.
