You don't have to face this alone...

Since 1990, I have worked with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, infertility, or pregnancy loss. I trained at The Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); CBT is the most successful evidence-based treatment for depression and anxiety. For infertility counseling, I am trained to help clients confront a wide array of issues: primary and secondary infertility, pregnancy loss and grief, pregnancy anxiety, postpartum depression and/or anxiety, and reproductive trauma. I also work with clients on alternative approaches to family building: donor, surrogacy, adoption, and child-free living.
