Rates $175 per 55-minute session
Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I accept the following insurance plans:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Care First)
- CIGNA
- Johns Hopkins (Employee Health Plan - EHP)
- TRICARE (only U.S. Family Health Plan)
- Aetna
- United Healthcare
- Out of Network
Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurer the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is my co-pay per therapy session?
Payment Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy.
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee for the missed session, which is $175.
